.Since 2021, I’ve had the joy of helping hundreds of couples create unforgettable picnics, dreamy proposals, and intimate elopements — each one filled with warmth, wonder, and a touch of whimsy.

Ready to 'Pop the Question'?

You have found 'The One' to spend the rest of your life with -, you’ve bought the ring, now you need to create the perfect romantic moment to pop the question! Maleny Picnics & Proposals will set up a romantic proposal picnic at the location of your choice. You then have 3 hours to utilise the romantic setting toast the occasion with French bubbles and enjoy a delicious grazing platter. We then return when you are finished to pack down.
We also offer additional co-ordination services such as proposal photography or a fresh floral Bouquets. Check out our Romantic Extras for inspiration.
Step One
Initial Package Research
First check out our Picnic & Proposal Packages detailed inclusions and select one that suits your event vision together with location requests and any romantic extras you may be interested in i.e. Photographer

Step Two
Get in Contac t
Contact us via our online form detailing your package preferences together with your preferred date(s), & time of the day. We respond to your inquiry within 24 hours to verify our availability. We also verify third party vendor availability for your date such as the location venue, photographer and caterer.

Step Three
Lock in Our Services
Once we have nutted out the finer details we send our detailed quotation for you to simply accept and make payment of the 50% booking fee to secure our services for your date. The balance payable 14 days prior to your event date. Make sure to read our T&C's _& FAQ's.

Step Four
We Work Our Magic
Once we receive your 50% booking fee we then commence all our behind-the -scenes magic to ensure everything runs perfectly on your day. We coordinate everything so you can relax and focus on arriving to your gorgeous location.
